Corrections and source checks
How to document a possible factual error, find the relevant official source and understand the current contact limitations.
Check the statement against its source
Every substantive guide includes source links. If a rule, amount, deadline or description appears outdated, first open the relevant official source and check the current wording and effective date. A search-result date is not necessarily the date a rule took effect.
Record an issue clearly
- The full URL and heading of the guide.
- The sentence or calculation that needs attention.
- A link to an authoritative source and, where possible, its publication or effective date.
- A short explanation of the difference, without account numbers or private health information.
Current contact limitation
This launch does not include a public submission form or staffed editorial mailbox. Do not assume that a message left elsewhere has reached the site owner. The source-checking guidance above is provided for readers and for future editorial maintenance; we do not promise an unmonitored response service.
Urgent or personal matters
Use the relevant regulator or operator’s formal complaint route for a personal dispute. For support with gambling-related harm, use our independent help resources. This website cannot access an account, reverse a payment or deliver treatment.
